Laziness inside of the store no one taking orders I waited 30mins for a burger that I just forget it and lack of care for canceling the order if the service stays like this I hope it closes

Good little burger joint. Everything is made fresh when you order so don't expect the service to be the "fast food" type. However, with that I mind, our service was excellent. If you're driving through Fort Stockton, give them a try!!

The night I went by they were very understaffed so there was a long wait for the food but the food was very good.

This was our go to place for burgers when we travel from Central Texas to Las Cruces. We stopped yesterday (Nov 2019) and the buns were soggy...they fell apart. I ate mine with a fork & knife. French fries were not edible either...dry and hard.

Generally a nice menue of items some pretty tasty but how is it that you can't buy food because they have a large order of food and can't place an order what type of business closes because they have a large orders???

I walk in, theres only one other customer in the restaurant. Wasnt greeted,Took 5 minutes for them to take my order, food took 30 minutes to get here. Curly fries cold, burger was okay I just dont see how it took 30 minutes to cook a 1/3 lb. Meat patty. Its 40 degrees outside and they have the AC on.they charge for refills and pack your cup with ice. I wont be back.

Rather disappointing. I had a BLT... I can make them better at home. Restaurant was not very clean. Menu was sloppily written on pieces of paper taped to the wall.

No frills burger joint but fresh made to order deee-lishuss burgers and fries - try the green chile cheeseburger it is to die!

The food was great but honestly its something you can make at home that will be just as tasteful. Not like any other burger joint that carries a unique taste

Burgers are really good. I stop here whenever I'm passing through on I-10.But I rate 4 stars because fries can use work and look like they are store bought. Plus there is no free refills and they load your drink with 90% crushed ice. Prices are good so keep that in mind for their faults. Overall if you are looking for a really good burger then stop here.

One cashier was great zadyr I think was her name

The food tasted pretty good (minus our burnt buns) but the place wasn’t good. It took a while for a cashier to come to us, and she seemed annoyed to take our order. The dining area wasn’t well kept and there were flies. It took about 25 minutes to get our food, despite us being the only people in the restaurant and ordering simply burgers. There was no apology for the wait. The light in the men’s bathroom was flickering rapidly, which may cause issues for some people.

Well, it was great, service slow. The taste of a homemade burger and fries.

My husband says the burger was excellent with nice color but the fries were soggy garbage you get out of a bag. No color, no crisp. Honestly I'd have to agree. Burger was very good and our fries could have been cooked longer. I thought their menu was very odd. a bunch of papers stuck up on the wall. Like can you rewrite that please? Anyways 4 stars.

Their burgers are okay but nothing special.Tater tots were overcooked to the point that they were hard. Girl at counter was not very attentive. They yell out it's ready, but everybody looks at each other wondering if it's their order. They need to take customer's name or at least an order number.

Old fashioned burgers, fries and shakes made after you order. Lots of sandwiches, hot dogs & chili dogs plus the full range of sodas & iced tea. Ordered a small cheese burger & split small fries with my sister. 😋 delicious and plenty for each of us. Be sure to try the pecan cobbler a la mode. Really loved the pink formica tables.

Has all the charm of a great "hole in the wall" burger joint, complete with bullet holes in the glass, a strobing bathroom light, and DQs old advertisment as a menu...without the great. Took 30 minutes and 20 dollars for 2 small burgers and one order of fries (they were not busy). I try to support local business, but would pass on this one.

Fair prices and a really great burger made fresh. Skip McDonald's come here instead. Very mom and pop trust me your taste buds will thank you later.

Extremely long wait for not being busy, patties were burnt beyond edible, bottom bun was soggy and top bun was greasy....I keep hearing they are good but this is the 2nd chance with same unfortunate outcome

90 percent of the time they have the best burgers the last 2 times I've been very disappointed one time it took almost a hour to get 2 hamburgers and fries they were good though the last time Saturday the service was Terrible the food was cold and the drinks were flat. It was a total disappointment and a waste of $40

Staff is always eager to serve and take orders. It's clean and serves a tasty burger. Prices are reasonable for a cook to order burger. Cobbler is😋lick your lips yummy!

Quite possibly the worst service I have ever seen in my 41 years plus amongst the worst attitudes to even be in the service industry. The meat taste frozen and bland, the buns are so toasted they tend to be rock hard.

Got the chicken fingers and lemonade. Lemonade was ok. Could of been a little sweeter. Chicken fingers were of decent size but had no seasoning. Fries tasted like they were reheated. The sauce for the chicken fingers was supposed to be a gravy but tasted more like flour and nothing else. Wait at the drive through was long. Faster to just go in.

I thought it would be a nice place to eat with a homemade burger The patty was burnt beyond recognition and was dry, the bacon was to hard you couldn't eat it. Me and my son both got sick. And when I called to talk to the manager or owner the boy that was running the window told me he had no idea when they would be in. The price was ridiculous for what was served.

Found a toothpick in my burger WHILE eating it took them 30 minutes to bring it out without the fries an employees dad came in a few minutes after us and got served first they stood in the back smoking swearing up a stom very unprofessional here

Worst burger ever. Burger was cold taste less. Only needed half the bun for burger patty since burger patty was so small. No mayo. Cold as ice . Curly fries were cold. O yea burger was cold as ice. Couldn’t even eat the overpriced meal since it was so nasty. I will never go here again. Stay away. If I could give it a quarter of a star I would give it that. At least the drink was good.

I'm a Cheeseburger officianado. This place has an excellent burger, good service and fair prices. You can do no wrong stopping in here and at the same time grab some local hospitality.

Nastiest homemade steak fingers I ever had!

Well to start off both of the beef patties were burnt and hard and Sweet tea was sour. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and didn’t get bacon. They charge for refills. The place is nasty. Floors are disgusting. And after all of that they’re very overpriced.

Pretty good. Great option for driving through west Texas. Call ahead if you're in a hurry though

The food is good but the service is horrible, they take a long time with our food when we are the only ones in there we can also hear the staff playing in the kitchen while cooking our food, a couple of young men show up to the restaurant and walk towards the kitchen, they didn't look like employees. they are out of everything else in the menu😑 is just not right!
